Hypnosis

Hypnosis is a relaxation technique that allows the individual to make positive change in their life.  Your session will begin with determining what you would like to accomplish, and the suggestions that you will be given to assist you in achieving your desired goal.  You will then be guided through a series of visualization exercises that will help you to become deeply relaxed.

Reiki utilizes a gentle laying on of hands to conduct the necessary energy force between us.
